Remarks Resort:
we located about 50 Meters from the beach only few minute walk.
For the period of 21 December-10 January a minimum stay 5 nights is required. All booking requests are subject to availability.
Rates are applicable to single/double occupancy. Rates are inclusive of breakfast. Rates quoted are based on a per room per night basis included 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
Only one extra bed is allowed in each room. Only Family Villas can put 2 extra beds. 1 Extra bed charge 700 bath Child over 3 but under 12 years of age, 50% off extra bed rate, infant (under 2 years of age): free of charge.
A child is accommodated free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parent; breakfast compulsory.
Check in-Check out
Standard check-out time is 12.00 noon and check-in time is after 1.00 pm. For any booking that require a late check-out up to 6.00 pm, a 50% charge based on the contract rate applies, For any check-out after 6.00 pm. A full night’s rate will apply. Both facilities are subject to availability, check-in prior to 1.00 pm. is subject to availability.
